Welcome to the Freeman Incident Reporting System.. This site has been designed to securely house Freeman incidents related to Workers Comp; General Liability; Custody, Care and Control; and Freeman Transportation.

This site allows branch level access for reviewing, providing claim forms, and submitting claims for the above mentioned incidents as well as providing access to users as appropriate.
